Build a Casino or Medical Marijuana Farm?

The bay area in California has some thinking to do about a 400-Acre plot of land that is vacant.  Voters in Richmond, California gave the thumbs-down to a non-binding resolution on proposed casino.

An American Indian tribe wants to build a Las Vegas style casino on more than 400 acres of waterfront property.  According to a recent study funded by the Indian casino developers is that the only alternative and economical viable option is to develop a large-scale medical marijuana farm on the site.

A lot of people think the tribe is using medical marijuana to make a point that the casino would be a great idea.  Personally why not have a casino with a medical marijuana dispensary inside it.  This way you kill two birds with one stone and then everyone is happy.  Local people can pick up their medicine then sit down and play some Texas Hold’em.
