An Ohio grand jury has indicted a woman accused of providing the drug marijuana to her daughter who is only 2 years old. She used her cell phone to record the incident as her child smoked the drug on camera for youtube.
Jessica Gamble of Springfield Township in Cincinnati was indicted on child endangering and other charges by Hamilton County’s Prosecutor Joseph Deters. Investigators say Ms. Gamble gave her daughter the cannabis cigarette sometime back in August. Gamble remains in jail and could be sentenced up to 11 ½ years in prison if convicted of all charges brought against her.
The investigators said the copy of the video was given to the state family services agency and are still unable to identify the person who sent the video.
