In Lincoln, Neb the state patrol says two traffic stops along I-80 netted their seizure around 200 pounds of marijuana.  The authorities say the traffic stop  on Thursday afternoon near Lincoln turned up 153 pounds of marijuana hidden in a large compartment in the under carriage of the van the suspects were driving.

The driver of the van was Jose Moreno-Morales, 25, of Albuquerque and he was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana with intent to deliver.  Earlier that day troopers stopped and searched a rental truck near the same location.  The trooper said the search uncovered 41 pounds of marijuana hidden in the truck’s cargo area.  Robert Shipley of Auburn, Calif, 57, was the driver of the rental truck and police also found a handgun in the cab.

Two men will now be going to prison for committing a non-violent act.  When will the people realize this can happen to anyone and that its not a form of justice at all.
